Quotes are starting estimates until scope, condition, access, and scheduling are confirmed. Aesthetic Abodes may adjust pricing if a property requires more time or detail than disclosed.

Booking

Preferred appointment dates and times are requests only until confirmed. Clients are responsible for safe access, parking instructions, pet instructions, and accurate service details.

Satisfaction

If something within the agreed scope is missed, contact Aesthetic Abodes within 24 hours so it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Safety

Cleaners may decline unsafe tasks, biohazards, pest infestations, heavy lifting, high ladder work, or conditions outside normal residential cleaning scope.
