Service Estimates
All pricing generated through the website is an estimate based on the information submitted. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition, layout, access, service scope, or level of buildup differs materially from what was described.
Scheduling
Requested dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed. Arrival windows may shift due to traffic, weather, prior jobs, or other operational realities.
Access & Utilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe and workable access to the property, including water, electricity, and reasonable site conditions at the time of service.
Condition of the Home
If the home presents substantially heavier buildup, excessive clutter, hazardous conditions, or biohazard-level issues beyond what was disclosed, service may be adjusted, repriced, shortened, or declined.
Products & Preferences
Clients with fragrance, product, or green-cleaning preferences should communicate that in advance. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate those requests where possible, but exact product matching cannot always be guaranteed.
Results
Cleaning improves presentation and hygiene, but some stains, permanent wear, material damage, and deterioration are not fully correctable through standard cleaning methods.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Reasonable notice is expected for cancellations or schedule changes. Repeated late cancellations may affect future booking priority.
Payment
Final payment expectations, accepted methods, and due timing can be confirmed directly during booking or service confirmation.
