Kitchen consumables such as paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, and sponges
Guest comfort basics such as bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, sweeteners, individual condiment packages such as peanut butter, jam, syrup etc
Linen rotation support with two full sets per bed and towels based on guest capacity

Requirements

A cleaner operation starts with clear standards.

The service works best when access, inventory, and expectations are established properly from the beginning.

All properties must use a code-based entry system for guest, cleaner, and host coordination.
Hosts remain responsible for all core kitchen inventory, cookware, dining ware, and permanent household items.
Restockable consumables are managed by Aesthetic Abodes and billed to the individual client account as used.
A complete turnover schedule or booking calendar access must be provided in a timely manner.
All client accounts must start with a balance of $150-$300 depending on property size and number of guests it sleeps. This is for the first supply order and ensures consistency. Clients will receive detailed monthly records of every transaction made using their account balance

Restocking

Restockable items are replenished as needed and billed directly to the individual property account. That keeps the unit consistently supplied without pulling the host into every small decision.
