1. Discovery Call

Confirm property type, guest capacity, turnover frequency, access method, and whether the host is a fit for a structured service model.

2. Property Walkthrough & Setup Audit

Inspect layout, storage, linen flow, supply storage, laundry access, and identify missing operational items before service begins.

3. Service Scope Confirmation

Choose the monthly package tier, lock in turnover expectations, define consumables, and confirm what remains the host’s responsibility.

4. Access & Automation Setup

Require code-based entry, collect booking calendar details, confirm cleaner access windows, and establish the preferred communication channel.

5. Inventory Baseline

Create the initial consumables list, set minimum stock thresholds, log linen counts, and assign all recurring restock items to the client account.

6. Welcome Station Installation

Set up the guest-facing information card or counter display with Wi‑Fi, entry notes, checkout reminders, local recommendations, and issue contact details.

7. Trial Turnover

Run the first guest turnover using the full checklist, note friction points, and tighten the reset standard before regular operation begins.

8. Ongoing Review Loop

Review property performance, supply spend, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency after the first 30 days and at regular intervals after that.
